Shipping policy

When will my ReServe orders be shipped?

We want to ensure that you receive ReServe products as soon as possible. For that reason, we usually fulfill and ship your order within 1 business day. If you have placed an order but have not received your shipping confirmation yet, please contact us.

Where do we ship ReServe products?

While we are based in Boston, Massachusetts, we ship internationally! If you are located outside of the US or Canada, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Options

For orders within the US and Canada, we ship via USPS. Generally, the products are delivered within 2-3 business days after being shipped. However, we do have an expedited shipping method to receive your order within 1 business day. Note that shipping to Canada can take longer than within the US. For international shipments, you can choose between DHL or USPS to ship your products. We will email you with the tracking number when your order has shipped.

Wholesale/Resale 

If you are as excited as we are about reusable products, saving the oceans, and wish to carry ReServe brand in your store, contact us! As a small, woman-owned social enterprise; we would love to partner with you and make it easier for everyone to be the positive change we wish to see in this world.

We work hard to make sure your order is delivered with the highest quality in a timely manner. We will get back to you as soon as we can, with various options of order quantity and the related quotation range.

Bulk/Customized Orders

If you are planning on ordering more than 100 standard ReServe items, or looking to customize a large number of items, that’s great! Our valued customers have loved giving away ReServe products as premium gifts and branded swags to their business partners! 

Please contact us and let us know if you would like to customize the carrying bag color/logo, or the straw color/logo. We work with you to provide graphic design assistance and to accommodate your request within your timeframe and budget.
